Since I happened to have an itinerary at Taipei Main Station, I went to Yipudang, located in Breeze Plaza on the second floor of the station, for dinner. I have always felt that Ippudo is a restaurant that I occasionally think of to eat and see, and this time is no exception.

Although Ippudo specializes in ramen, this time I ordered fried rice. Ippudo's special fried rice is a simple soy sauce fried rice, with seasonings such as barbecued pork and fish slabs added, and fresh chopped green onions. It did not disappoint; however, the rice was slightly soggy, which greatly reduced the overall quality. The score is a bit pity

My friend ordered the special shiramaru, which was generally in line with his expectations and was an orthodox tonkotsu ramen.

In addition to the food we ordered, there are also spicy bean sprouts and South African national treasure tea that can be enjoyed for free in the store. The former is quite appetizing, while the latter is mild and relieves greasiness. I personally think it is a good match for a meal of ramen.

Each seat comes with South African national treasure tea, which is refreshing and caffeine-free and can be enjoyed unlimitedly
Spicy bean sprouts, quite appetizing, slightly spicy
Ippudo's special fried rice is slightly salty because of the addition of soy sauce; the rice is slightly moist but not easily noticeable; it contains barbecued pork and fish plates, and the overall taste is balanced and fresh
Special Shiromaru ramen, rich tonkotsu soup base, served with four slices of pork barbecue, three slices of seaweed, a soft-boiled egg, fungus, and chopped green onion. You can choose whether the noodles are soft or hard.
