Since I happened to have an itinerary at Taipei Main Station, I went to Yipudang, located in Breeze Plaza on the second floor of the station, for dinner. I have always felt that Ippudo is a restaurant that I occasionally think of to eat and see, and this time is no exception.
Although Ippudo specializes in ramen, this time I ordered fried rice. Ippudo's special fried rice is a simple soy sauce fried rice, with seasonings such as barbecued pork and fish slabs added, and fresh chopped green onions. It did not disappoint; however, the rice was slightly soggy, which greatly reduced the overall quality. The score is a bit pity
My friend ordered the special shiramaru, which was generally in line with his expectations and was an orthodox tonkotsu ramen.
In addition to the food we ordered, there are also spicy bean sprouts and South African national treasure tea that can be enjoyed for free in the store. The former is quite appetizing, while the latter is mild and relieves greasiness. I personally think it is a good match for a meal of ramen.
