Ichiran is also a well-known Japanese ramen brand in Taiwan, and this shop at Taipei Main Station is one of my regular places when I visit. I don't know why, but most of the time I don't have to wait in line. 🤣
Besides the traditional white and red bowls, I really love the Da Ming Jia flavor. The rich soy sauce tonkotsu broth with thick noodles and spinach is really perfect for people who enjoy strong flavors.
Additionally, what really impressed me this time was the plate of stir-fried vegetables I ordered, which was cooked very well. 😋 Not to mention the classic South African Rooibos tea, which pairs perfectly with the oily ramen to balance out the richness. I even took a package home to brew!
