My favorite restaurant in Hsinchu. It is indeed the famous brunch in Hsinchu.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had a brunch that I thought was amazing.
There is only on-site waiting, so you may have to wait for a while before you receive a call.
(If you are bored, you can go to the retro sticker machine opposite to take pictures. It is really fun and beautiful!)

Although I have difficulty choosing, I am actually very happy when I see the variety of dishes in the store :D I am not afraid of not being able to order what I like.

·The contents are waffles, lettuce salad, scrambled eggs and fried tangyang chicken. This tangyang chicken is so delicious that I still miss it. It’s crispy, juicy and nearly perfect. I love it more than the waffles. The waffles are also soft and delicious. ! Paired with cream and honey, it’s salty and sweet. I like it very much.

This salted milk sugar banana waffle is very rich in layers and is not overly sweet with fresh cream on top. It also has a salty aroma that goes very well with the banana aroma! Makes a great after-dinner snack

·It’s a very rich cup just by looking at it. It’s beaten very carefully. It actually tastes more like sesame than banana. It’s great for brunch!
