I thought this restaurant was somewhat well-known in Taiwan because this type of hamburger steak suddenly became very popular in Japan before. I didn't expect that no one had shared this restaurant yet. Today, when my friend came to visit, we made a reservation online and decided to give it a try!

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we could feel the enthusiastic hospitality of the staff. Perhaps because it was a weekday afternoon, there weren't too many people dining inside. We sat at the bar where we could see the chefs preparing the meals right in front of us, which felt quite nice!

Today, we ordered:
❤️ Black Angus Beef Set
It seems like if you order a set meal, you get two pieces of meat, plus an extra raw egg 🥚. The eggs are all safe for raw consumption, and if you can place the egg yolk perfectly on top of the hamburger steak, you can get a free fried chicken wing, which is pretty interesting! As for the hamburger steak, I personally think it's quite juicy and has a good flavor without any off-putting taste. It pairs well with the pickles, and it's not bad!

Actually, I prefer the chicken over the beef. The chicken 🍗 has a bit of a chewy texture, like really hearty chunks of muscle, which I like. After being grilled, it has a very full aroma, which I enjoy a lot!

Overall, I think it's quite nice. I would consider coming back for a meal if I think about it occasionally. Although the prices aren’t particularly cheap, I feel that the overall dining environment and experience were quite pleasant, and there weren't any major downsides to the meal. If you want a simple lunch, this is a place I would consider!
