❤️ This is a new vegetarian restaurant that opened at the end of August, featuring a shop run by Master Chen from Daxi. However, the quality of the staff still needs improvement...

Overall evaluation: 🌕🌕🌑🌑🌑

📍 Although this place is located on Boai Street in the Shulin Night Market, there are many seats available for dining (about 30-40 people), and it also provides a restroom for dine-in, as well as a waiting area for takeout.
🚗 It is suggested to park at the Yongqi parking lot at the entrance of the Shulin Night Market (20 NT dollars per hour). It might take about 7-8 minutes (approximately 600 meters) to walk there.
🏍️ I saw many scooters parked outside the shop temporarily, but I'm not sure if it's legal.

💬 This restaurant uses an online QR code for ordering, but after ordering, there is no option for online payment; customers must pay in cash at the register.

The interior decor is simple, effectively managing the recycling area, dining area, and utensils section, which avoids a messy feeling. Customers are expected to recycle their utensils themselves, but it's still noticeable that some patrons do not recycle.

Outside the restaurant, there is a waiting area for takeout customers, ensuring that it doesn't create a chaotic feeling outside the shop.

However, it took us a full 20 minutes from ordering to picking up our food (thankfully, we had the receipt as proof..). I was a bit surprised—is this really a reasonable serving speed? When asking the staff, they seemed unclear about how to respond to this situation; it was somewhat baffling at the moment. I would suggest that the restaurant address the sequence of serving food to avoid customers waiting too long after ordering.

🥟 Brother Chen's Vegetarian Meat Ball $50 The outer skin of the vegetarian meat ball is very chewy, and the filling is made with vegetarian ingredients, offering a subtle sauce flavor and mushroom taste. These meat balls are steamed, not fried, so they lack some of the flavor that comes from meat; however, overall, they are still delicious.
🥟 Red Oil Wontons $50 (8 pieces) The skin of the red oil wontons is thin and smooth, and the filling is solid, but overall it's not very spicy. The wontons are topped with some bok choy and cilantro, which can enhance the flavor. Eating them alone might not give a strong vegetarian taste, which is a bit surprising. I would recommend adding the special vegetarian chili sauce provided in the shop to enhance the flavor; it would be more to my liking as someone who enjoys spicy food.
It's all online ordering, but you still need to pay at the counter.
There are plenty of seats available for dining in.
