Zengxian should be the cheapest chain rotating sushi in Taiwan. I have dined at this branch multiple times, but I’ve noticed that every time they introduce new products, the rotating sushi bar is almost entirely filled with new items and not much of the basics. Even after going around four or five times, I still couldn't find the basic items at all, so in the attached photo, everything we're eating is what we ordered. We couldn't wait for or get anything from the rotating bar…
I really enjoy the basics like shrimp hand rolls and sushi, as well as tea jelly. However, I noticed that when I scanned the menu, I couldn't find tea jelly in the dessert section and had to ask the staff if it was available. The desserts are worth the price, with each plate costing about 30.
This time, I tried the fried shrimp sushi for the first time. The shrimp was larger than I expected, and it was very chewy and delicious. Highly recommended—I fell in love with it after just one bite.
I'm not someone who particularly enjoys sashimi or seafood, so I almost always eat cooked food when I come here. I'm not an expert; I'm just sharing my feelings about the dining experience.
This time, I purchased a $1000 meal voucher and, after discounts, spent about 870. For someone who doesn't eat often and doesn't plan to collect points, that's very cost-effective! ❤️
