Even Taiwanese snacks are becoming more and more popular internationally and have become an important symbol of Taiwan. Today, Chimanlai shares the "Huang's Pork Rice" that has been passed down for three generations. It has also been selected as a "Bib Gourmand Food Recommendation", making both locals and foreigners make a special pilgrimage.

✅Pork noodle soup: Add cabbage, meat soup, etc. to the soup. In addition to the flavor of bonito, the soup also has the sweetness of vegetables and the aroma of fried onions. The meat soup is soft, tender and smooth. The overall seasoning is more southern (sweeter).

Overall, this store is pretty good. But not to the point where it's amazing. Because this kind of taste can also be tasted in other places. But the advantage of this one is that it has air conditioning! Because most of the nearby stores are open spaces, it will be hotter in summer.

🌟2022、2023必比登推薦 「橋仔頭黃家肉燥飯」落座於歷史悠久的橋頭老街,餐廳傳承三代的獨門料理,滷肉以肩胛肉、三層肉手工切丁後滷製,肥瘦各半,軟嫩不膩口,搭配香菜滋味樸實,許多高雄在地人必定會推薦的店家,用餐時段人潮會多一些,需要排隊點餐。 橋仔頭黃家肉燥飯位於橋南路上,附近是熱鬧的商圈不太好停車,旁邊有農會停車場每小時100,我是覺得有點太貴了XDD 黃家肉燥飯透天店面,環境很寬敞,騎樓店內有一些座位和排隊點餐區,內用空間4張雙人桌、4張四人桌,空間不會狹小擁擠,不管是朋友聚餐吃飯或是家庭出遊吃飯都挺方便的,餐具和調味料區採自取的方式。 黃家肉燥飯菜單如下:招牌肉燥飯、肉羹飯和麵類、各類湯品、燙青菜、綜合切料時價,價格落在30-65分大小碗,經濟實惠的價格。 開吃 肉燥飯 +半熟蛋包飯 (小) 💰40 肉燥飯上會鋪香菜,如果不喜歡吃香菜的記得要跟店家說,黃家最招牌的部分就是半熟的荷包蛋,當金黃熱的蛋液緩緩流出,和切丁的肩胛肉、三層肉,肥瘦各半的滷肉攪拌再一起的鹹香滋味,是傳統南部肉燥的好味道,今天吃的半熟蛋煎的太熟了一點,金黃蛋液流不出來了。 魚丸湯 💰40 魚丸每一顆都非常飽滿Q彈。 心得:肉燥飯+半熟蛋真的很經典,不過我那天去吃半熟蛋變成熟成蛋了,哭哭 重視餐點:是非常南部肉燥的味道,肉燥是肥瘦相間再補上一顆半熟蛋就更美味了 重視環境:乾淨明亮 重視停車:機車可停門口 汽車不太好停 重視廁所:有一間 重視排隊:排隊速度很快 重視服務:普通 注重CP值:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (單純探討食物跟價格)

剛開店有時候也已經大排長龍,這家的肉燥飯是肥肉偏多的,我喜歡有肥肉的肉燥飯所以覺得還不錯吃,也蠻便宜的一碗大肉燥飯菜40,不過重點來了,我排了30分鐘只買了一碗大肉燥飯,我覺得有點…浪費時間,人真的太多了,而且老人家通常都是買很多回家吃,如果要來吃的話建議避開尖峰時段,差不多11點開始~下午2點都還是蠻多人的,晚餐大概4點多也就開始有人潮了,他們家的招牌我覺得是肉燥飯配一顆有點半熟的荷包蛋~(可惜當天下午去荷包蛋賣完了)這家在我住的地方不到3分鐘的路程,大概是一年可能吃一次的店😂
