When the store first opened, there was sometimes a long queue. The pork rice here has a lot of fat. I like pork rice with fat, so I think it tastes pretty good. It’s also quite cheap. A big bowl of pork rice is 40, but Here’s the point. I queued for 30 minutes and only bought a big bowl of rice with minced pork. I think it’s a bit...a waste of time. There are really too many people, and the elderly usually buy a lot to eat at home. If you want to come here, I suggest you avoid it. During peak hours, there are still quite a lot of people from about 11 o'clock to 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Dinner starts to get crowded around 4 o'clock. I think their signature dish is pork rice with a half-cooked poached egg~ ( Unfortunately, the poached eggs were sold out that afternoon)
This restaurant is less than 3 minutes away from where I live, and I eat there probably once a year 😂

🌟2022、2023必比登推薦 「橋仔頭黃家肉燥飯」落座於歷史悠久的橋頭老街,餐廳傳承三代的獨門料理,滷肉以肩胛肉、三層肉手工切丁後滷製,肥瘦各半,軟嫩不膩口,搭配香菜滋味樸實,許多高雄在地人必定會推薦的店家,用餐時段人潮會多一些,需要排隊點餐。 橋仔頭黃家肉燥飯位於橋南路上,附近是熱鬧的商圈不太好停車,旁邊有農會停車場每小時100,我是覺得有點太貴了XDD 黃家肉燥飯透天店面,環境很寬敞,騎樓店內有一些座位和排隊點餐區,內用空間4張雙人桌、4張四人桌,空間不會狹小擁擠,不管是朋友聚餐吃飯或是家庭出遊吃飯都挺方便的,餐具和調味料區採自取的方式。 黃家肉燥飯菜單如下:招牌肉燥飯、肉羹飯和麵類、各類湯品、燙青菜、綜合切料時價,價格落在30-65分大小碗,經濟實惠的價格。 開吃 肉燥飯 +半熟蛋包飯 (小) 💰40 肉燥飯上會鋪香菜,如果不喜歡吃香菜的記得要跟店家說,黃家最招牌的部分就是半熟的荷包蛋,當金黃熱的蛋液緩緩流出,和切丁的肩胛肉、三層肉,肥瘦各半的滷肉攪拌再一起的鹹香滋味,是傳統南部肉燥的好味道,今天吃的半熟蛋煎的太熟了一點,金黃蛋液流不出來了。 魚丸湯 💰40 魚丸每一顆都非常飽滿Q彈。 心得:肉燥飯+半熟蛋真的很經典,不過我那天去吃半熟蛋變成熟成蛋了,哭哭 重視餐點:是非常南部肉燥的味道,肉燥是肥瘦相間再補上一顆半熟蛋就更美味了 重視環境:乾淨明亮 重視停車:機車可停門口 汽車不太好停 重視廁所:有一間 重視排隊:排隊速度很快 重視服務:普通 注重CP值:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (單純探討食物跟價格)

說到台灣小吃,可是台灣人的一大驕傲,因為台灣小吃百百種,不僅在各地美食當中能夠看見文化傳承,更能展現地方特色。甚至台灣小吃在國際上越來越受到歡迎,成為台灣的一個重要象徵。今天吃曼來分享一家傳承三代的「黃家肉燥飯」,它也是入選「必比登美食推薦」,讓不論是本地人或外地人都特地前去朝聖。 ✅肉羹麵:裏頭添加白菜、肉羹等,湯頭的味道除了柴魚風味,還有蔬菜的甜味與油蔥酥的香氣。肉羹軟嫩、滑順。整體調味是偏南部地區的口味(偏甜)。 ✅肉燥飯:肥瘦比例拿捏的剛剛好,不會過度油膩或乾柴,非常入味。與白飯充份攪拌過後,充滿了豬油與醬油香氣。另外基本配料還有香菜點綴,不過可以選擇要不要添加,這邊分享是沒有添加。 ✅綜合切料:裏頭有肝連、豬腸、豬皮…等,搭配上薑絲與醬油一起食用。本身沒有什麼味道,主要是吃食材的口感。不過很棒的事是店家把食材處理的都非常乾淨,完全沒有什麼異味。 ✅燙青菜:店家提供不同種類的青菜,這邊選的是空心菜。空心菜的口感清脆、新鮮,是簡單川燙再加點鹽巴與大蒜。 ✅魚丸湯:湯頭蠻清淡的,就是淡淡的油蔥香。魚丸裡面有包點芹菜等食材,吃起來偏軟嫩型。 ———————————— 整體來說,這一家店還不錯。不過不至於到令人覺得很驚艷。因為這樣的味道在其他地方也吃得到。不過這一家優點就是它有冷氣!因為附近店家大部分是開放式空間,夏天會較炎熱。
