I went to a sophisticated and authentic Italian restaurant in Umeda 🇮🇹.

The restaurant is called BISTRO LIBERTY UMEDA, located a short walk up from the Izumi Square in Whity Umeda ⛲️.

It’s within walking distance from Umeda Station on various train lines 🚃.

As soon as you open the door, you are transported away from the hustle and bustle of the city into a refined adult space. The stylish interior features concrete and gray tones ✨, with calming lighting and an engaging open kitchen‼️

Even on a weekday night, it was nearly full and bustling with energy✨.

Made with trout salmon, it came with a side of pesto sauce. 🐟
It was sea bream and salmon. 🐟
It was delicious with pink pepper and carpaccio sauce, but even better when dipped in the pesto sauce. 🌿
Especially, the salmon was incredibly rich and delicious! 🐟

Signature Dish: Soft Boiled Scotch Egg 🥚
A smooth yolk paired with juicy meat and fragrant truffle white sauce. This visual and flavorful dish is the number one choice for women! ✨
Inside the crispy coating was a soft-boiled Scotch egg wrapped in meat that was delicious. 🥚
The combination of meat and egg was excellent! 🐮🥚✨
When I added the truffle white sauce, it was extremely rich and delicious, with a wonderful cheese flavor. 🧀

Domestic Wagyu Roast Beef 🐮
Moist, tender roast beef served with a homemade red wine sauce that matched perfectly. I also recommend pairing it with wine.
The lean Wagyu beef was tender and juicy, and it paired beautifully with the sauce. 🐮
I thought the homemade red wine sauce went perfectly with the wine. 🍷
The mashed potatoes on the side were delicious too. 🥔

Sakura Shrimp and Asparagus Peperoncino 🍝🦐
The ample sakura shrimp and asparagus looked beautiful! 🦐
From the first bite, the shrimp flavor was prominent and delicious. 🦐
The pasta was chewy, with the asparagus crisp and tasty! ✨
The garlic and slightly spicy chili flavors were excellent, making it super delicious! 🧄🌶️

An incredibly rich cheesecake that was satisfying and very delicious! 🧀
The berries and melon served alongside added a refreshing touch! 🍈🫐

They offer services ideal for anniversaries and girls' gatherings—like anniversary plates with chocolate pens and a shareable menu for women’s gatherings—so you can enjoy meaningful moments✨.

The restaurant also surprises with birthday celebrations; I quietly celebrated with several others! 🥂

It’s a perfect spot for dates or girls' gatherings! ✨

Though it offers authentic cuisine, the prices are reasonable, making it a place I'd love to return to! ✨
