The kitchen is on the first floor. I went to eat at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon on holidays. There was no one there. It is for internal use on the second floor. After ordering, you can take it up to the buffet and eat it. The meal is served very quickly.
I ordered the lion's head rice. The lion's head is very tasty and the sauce is not salty and slightly sweet. It goes well with the rice. The green onion sauce and spicy sauce are mild and will not steal the show.
The side dish of cabbage is moderately crispy and looks oily but does not taste oily. The side dish of tofu is deeply marinated but not too salty. The sweet sauce goes well with rice.
