Yakiniku Shoshin is a few hundred meters away from Mako Yokoyama Station on foot, and its opening hours are quite late, so if you take an evening flight and live nearby, you can also come here to eat. A meal.
The dining environment in the store is quite comfortable. Because it is not a famous yakiniku restaurant, there are not many customers. Except for my table, the other tables are also local Japanese.
It's a pity that we also ordered some wagyu beef for this meal, but their meat was obviously not as amazing as other wagyu beef we had during our trip to Japan. Another point is that there are no seasonings on the table in this store, such as barbecue sauce, sea salt, pepper and salt. But we are not sure whether this store insists on eating the original flavor of beef, so these ingredients are not used, or maybe they should actually give it to me, but they forgot? Anyway, we didn’t ask specifically.
Overall, the taste is okay, but if you are looking for the best roast pork, there should be other options. Then it is worth mentioning that their curry rice is super delicious. It was so delicious that I wanted to order more. However, it was too late for our meal and we were afraid of indigestion, so we gave up.
