Let's go try the budget version of Din Tai Fung that everyone is raving about online. Even before it opened, there was a line, and as soon as it opened, it was completely full. There was also a long line for takeout. I ordered the signature pork rib fried rice, which was well-cooked with each grain distinct and not greasy, but the flavor was a bit mild. The cold cucumber salad tasted ordinary, but the pork ribs were tender and flavorful—this is definitely a must-order item!
