The curry coach's location is across from the Hualien City Office.
Today I ordered pork cutlet curry, and the pork cutlet was super crispy and the meat super tender. The curry was sweet and generous in portion, with plenty of sauce in every bite to enjoy. The rice was slightly soft and chewy, not the kind that’s perfectly separated.
The sauce for the cold tofu complemented the flavor of the tofu very well.
The shop also offers cocktails, and I look forward to ordering again next time.
The coach teaches tennis, and you can accumulate points to exchange for free lessons.
The environment inside the shop is clean, tranquil, and not oppressive.
It's not very suitable to park scooters at the entrance; you can park in the nearby alley or in the open space in front of Fubon across the street.
