"Visual and Taste Enjoyment - Yinjia Ramen"

I passed by the mansion for the first time when I didn’t know what to eat. I really like the open kitchen and atmosphere, and I also love ramen haha

As soon as you enter the store, you can see a vending machine on the left. This should be a Japanese gimmick, because there will still be clerks to assist with reception.

The decoration inside the store is simple, clean, and very Japanese-style. At first glance, you can see the transparent kitchen and the seating area surrounding the kitchen. The distance between each seat is actually quite large, making it very comfortable to sit.

"Golden Chicken Ramen-Chicken" $230

This shop mainly serves the recently popular chicken white soup. The overall taste is lighter than the traditional bone soup. For the meat part, you can choose chicken or pork. There are also tsukemen to choose from in the store. I personally prefer ramen with thin noodles and tsukemen with thick noodles. It used to be free to add noodles, but now it costs an extra 10 yuan to add half a dough.

The overall soup tastes sweet and sweet, and you don't feel too salty or greasy after drinking it. Although the noodles are thin, they are well cooked and very elastic. For the meat part, you can choose traditional barbecued pork or chicken, but I personally feel that the barbecued pork is the most delicious!
