The ramen selection at Gongguan is quite extensive, and I often see a long queue at Hidden House Ramen. This time, I happened to pass by and noticed that there wasn't much of a line outside, so I quickly went in. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long.
This time, I chose the Yuzu Scallop Ramen. The broth has a scallop flavor, and it feels like a lot of care went into simmering the broth. The scallop itself was quite delicious. There were also quite a few pieces of meat inside—three pieces of sous-vide chicken and two pieces of sous-vide pork, all very tender and tasty. For the noodles, I chose the moderate texture, and they were quite standard.
I also added a soft-boiled egg as an extra. Overall, I felt the value for money was pretty good, and it was quite tasty as well.
