There are many types of fried rice, and this time I ordered mixed fried rice, which mainly included seafood, shredded meat, and ham. The seafood consisted of shrimp and squid, but the mixed fried rice didn’t have cabbage, so I ordered stir-fried greens separately; the greens of the day were water spinach.
The fried rice was quite fragrant, with a nice wok hei, and it tasted pretty good, although the ham was a bit salty. I originally wanted to order the signature fried rice, but it has XO sauce which can be spicy, and today I wanted something not spicy, so I skipped it.
The stir-fried water spinach was delicious; the greens were tender enough without any tough fibers that are hard to chew, and it wasn't too salty—seasoning was just right.
There is a simple dining area for eat-in, making it convenient for a quick meal. The service was fast, and the prices were reasonable.
