I had it a long time ago and thought it was a good impression, but I haven't had it since it was listed in Michelin. This time, I specially came to the company to have a meal and relive the old dream.

Conclusion: The food is delicious, but the price is too expensive. If the price remains unchanged, it may not be the first choice restaurant.

My initial impression was that the food was delicious and reasonably priced, but perhaps because of the Michelin star, the price has gone up, so I don’t recommend it that much. I think you can give it a try if you haven’t tried it before, but I wouldn’t particularly go there again.

Saliva chicken $780, small plate
Tree water lotus $620 It’s delicious, but think about the price.
Dried shredded pork $520

Old-skinned and tender meat $580 It’s amazing, the taste has an indescribable sense of harmony, it’s hard to describe. It's not right anyway.
Grouper with fresh mushrooms and mushrooms $2680, quite big, but just like a dragon and tiger grouper⋯
Mapo Tofu $580 I think it’s pretty good, but many people say it’s not delicious

Latte, no way at all. It's a fully automatic coffee machine, which is completely useless. It's really zero points.
This time I sat in a private room and the dining environment was good.
The atmosphere in front of the store is really nice, but that’s all there is to it

已經連續3年榮獲米其林一星 ⭐️ 殊榮的富錦樹臺菜香檳,上一次來用餐已經是5-6年前的事了,幾年前對這家店的菜色印象不深,因此沒有很好的評價,這次來用餐記憶仍猶新,趕緊來寫評論! 店面座落在民生社區的轉角老宅,從外面看非常低調,整面落地窗和天花板及室外的植物裝置,為餐廳營造了舒適愜意的用餐環境。包廂區則是要從旁邊的小徑走進去,門口相當隱密,且還有磁卡門禁,隱私性蠻足夠的。這次有幸訂位在包廂,有專屬的服務生桌邊服務。 點餐是採用單點,也有多人套餐可供選擇,菜色則是比較像台式集中式料理融合的菜餚,口味不會太過重鹹,是個老少鹹宜的口感,適合帶長輩來吃。 只是中間有個小插曲,因為我們這桌較多長輩,他們希望可以一人一客送到桌前,不用再另外分裝菜色到處傳盤子,但這家餐點都比較偏向合菜的方式,所以一開始跟服務生雞同鴨講了很久XD 總之假如不希望點桌菜要分菜的朋友可以考慮一下別家。 服務的部分很不錯,感覺服務生有儘量記得所有餐點及酒品的來源及構想,並能夠不緊張地闡述出來,應付長輩們比較激進式的問題也都可以游刃有餘的回答,這點我給很高分。 餐點推薦: ◇ 富錦口水雞 ✨ ◇ 蜜棗煨肉 ✨ ◇ 北海道干貝竹笙雞湯 ✨ ◇ 樹子水蓮 ✨ ◇ XO醬燒豬肝 ✨ 👉 總體來說,我覺得是一間可以來採星看看的台菜餐廳,畢竟他們都連續3年獲得米其林一星了。但可能是因為有米其林的光環,我對這家店的期望也會比較高,總體吃下來其實還是有一點小失望的。 作為一個服務跟環境的到位的台菜香檳餐廳,我給4顆星,但米其林加成後,我只會給3顆星。 (這家店只有金牌台啤,沒有18生,再小扣0.5分😂) #富錦樹 #富錦樹台菜香檳 #台式料理 #米其林 #米其林一星 #民生社區 #餐酒館 #私人包廂

之前吃明明就很好吃,這次簡直問號到不行,不是難吃但整個配不上價錢跟一星,怎麼拿到星後除了服務一樣好,菜色口味都變差了🥲 水蓮水準還是在,但漲價太多了,另外老皮嫩肉以前超好吃,這次味道整個跑掉,醬汁根本做錯了的感覺,很後悔當下沒有直接反應 其他的不知道是不是受到價錢影響,覺得美味程度完全對不上,非常失望⋯⋯不難吃但就是有完全沒有米其林一星的價值 應該不會再去吃了,(以前愛吃到甚至會叫inline外送)
