On Sunday afternoon, I went to dine, and the restaurant was fully booked. Before 2 PM, brunch plates were available to order. Online ordering was available, but the food took over 20 minutes to be freshly made. No service charge was collected, and although it was labeled as a health food store on Google Maps, the overall style was that of an American diner.
◽ Yogurt Oat Fried Chicken $220
> Coated in oats before frying, the outer layer was quite hard, but it had a nice grainy aroma that was somewhat special – the meat was tender.
> For those who are not fond of cheese, the strong smell from the stinky cheese powder might be unbearable; it smelled quite pungent as soon as it was served.
◽ Spiced Probiotic Pig Smoked Creamy Fettuccine $380
> The pork was tender, but the smoky flavor was average.
> The texture of the noodles was well-balanced 👍🏻.
> Although it was a creamy pasta, the overwhelming taste of raw garlic was hitting me hard; this dish should probably be called raw garlic pasta⋯.
◽ Jason's Favorite Cheese Wild Mushroom Beef Burger $400
> It came with fries and smoked cabbage; the fries were better than the burger.
> I don’t know who Jason is… but his taste might be very different from mine.
> The aged cheese was very thin and hardly noticeable.
> The wild mushrooms were good👌.
> The most important aspect of a burger is the bread and the patty itself; the bread was average, the patty was dry and lacked juice, resulting in consuming a lot of calories while getting increasingly frustrated (it can be expensive, but it shouldn’t taste bad).
Overall, it was my first and last time eating there.
