I had eaten here about 7 years ago and didn't have much of an impression. The dining day was a weekday evening, and here are my simple thoughts.

Soup base choices: Extraordinary Spicy Hot Pot, Healthy Black Garlic Soup
🔺That day there were too many meat items to remember, so I won't list each one.
First, about the soup base, I felt the spicy hot pot was pretty good; it definitely had spiciness, while the healthy black garlic soup was much milder than I expected. It only had a slight flavor when cooking vegetables, but it became a bit richer over time.
As for the meat, I had looked at reviews on Google beforehand, and indeed the chef's knife skills were impressive. The meat was really thin, enough to see the plate underneath. Overall, I found it quite tasty, not too dry, but some of the thicker cuts I had later were a bit dry😂.
According to Google reviews, they offered a complimentary Matsusaka pork, which had a crispy texture and was noticeably better than the other meats, though it had a lot of fat, which I didn’t mind too much.
The vegetables were normal. The braised three treasures were good, with only the large intestine tasting a bit strong. The seafood scallops were good, while the others were average.
The shrimp paste was very tasty, with large shrimp pieces. The sole fish was surprisingly good, and the pork ribs, fried dough sticks, and egg dumplings were normal. Finally, there were some fish dumplings, swallow dumplings, and duck meatballs... I thought they tasted bad; I couldn't tell if they were not fresh?
As for desserts, I advise you not to try any. I took a few, and even the puff pastries from Doufu Peng were not good.
In the end, I think the item with the best value was the premium ice dessert, although it was hard to scoop.
Overall, I probably won't revisit. I give two stars: one for Häagen-Dazs and one for the surprisingly not bad meat. The spicy hot pot was okay too, for your reference.
