This time, we visited a famous seafood restaurant with a view～～～

Located on top of the Breeze Xinyi, the restaurant is known for its seafood dishes!
The name says it all—Seafood to Sky, such a brutally direct translation.
Pretty cliché, right?

But just like the Smith Group's new brand, you can also get steaks here～
And reportedly, the steaks here feel different from those at Smith!

During our visit to Smith Steak in December last year with friends,
the waiter mentioned that the steak techniques at Sea to Sky are also different from Smith's
and highly recommended Sea to Sky's steaks! 😍😍😍

Now back to Sea to Sky,
the restaurant's name boldly displayed on the wall as you enter,
no attempt to hide its extravagant design.

Inside, the view is excellent,
and the window seats provide a clear view of the Xinyi district or Taipei 101.
Tables are well spaced apart too.

The restaurant is divided into dining and bar areas.
Since it was Dickson's first time here for reconnaissance,
we primarily focused on dining and skipped the bar area!

Overall, the ambiance of the place feels upscale,
but compared to Smith, it lacks just a tiny bit of something.
It seems to pursue a different mode.

The menu includes both à la carte and set menu options,
with set menus varying in price depending on the main dish.

That day, we ordered the Sea to Sky grilled seafood platter for two.
My friend has visited several times before—
they said they've been here three or four times already.
Indeed, the world of the wealthy is different from ours,
Breeze Xinyi feels like a backyard🥺🥺🥺.

So that day, based on their recommendation, we started with the seafood platter!
After all, at a seafood restaurant, we should eat plenty of seafood first!
Though I really wanted to have a steak too🤣🤣🤣.

For the appetizer, we chose:
👉Marinated Salmon
Paired with spices and marinated salmon,
it's very flavorful and fresh—thumbs up!

For soup or salad, we chose:
👉Truffle Cream Seafood Mushroom Soup
The truffle flavor in the soup is quite prominent,
it seems they didn't hold back with the truffle.
But the cream seafood mushroom soup likely just tastes like this～

For the hot appetizer, we chose:
👉Seared Hokkaido Scallops
This dish has two scallops,
and the searing method was done quite well,
they taste delicious～

For the main dish,
you can see from the picture that the grilled seafood platter is quite large😍.
It is served whole from the kitchen.

Many parts are already prepared,
so you don't have to put in too much effort to pull out the crab meat and so on.

I was very satisfied with this grilled seafood platter.
It included lobster, scallops, tiger shrimp, and fresh fish.
The lobster was well-prepared.
You can eat the lobster meat very cleanly without too much effort,
and the portion provided was quite generous.
It tasted amazing!

The preparation method for the scallops differs slightly from the hot appetizer,
resulting in a completely different taste👌.

As for the shrimp, the shells were already removed,
so you can just pick them up and enjoy happily!

Overall,
this grilled seafood platter indeed proves that Sea to Sky's seafood isn't bad at all! 🙏🙏

In addition, we ordered truffle fries.
They're just simple fries with truffle sauce,
but adding an extra 360 is a bit painful R😭.

This restaurant is largely about the atmosphere—
after all, an upscale restaurant with a view,
combined with seafood or steak delicacies,
is such a perfect dating spot,
and of course, the price will go up! 🫠

On that day, our total was also about six thousand!

In summary,
this upscale restaurant with a view is perfect for special occasions or celebrations,
but booking isn't too difficult for a high-end restaurant.
Thanks to online reservations, getting a slot shouldn't be hard!
It's even easier on weekdays🤣🤣.

Next time if I have a chance,
I want to experience the high-altitude seafood bar part as well～
and enjoy a steak!
