This time, 5 people ordered 11 dishes for the meal. It was absolutely flawless and I deeply felt the store’s dedication to the cuisine.
Raw beef with raw eggs: fresh beef seasoned with sesame oil and served with seaweed, comfortable
Juicy egg roll: It’s a must-try, you can’t eat it anywhere else, and the mayonnaise enhances the taste even more
Stir-fried oolong: The bonito stock is fresh and sweet. The more you eat it, the more seasoned and deep you feel. The noodles are also very impressive.
Chicken Skin Senbei: The chicken skin is baked until it is ultra-thin and crispy, and the aroma of the chicken skin bursts into your mouth! But it doesn’t feel greasy at all and is super refreshing!
Tsukimi Chicken Meatballs: Like hamburger steaks, the filling is filled with chicken cartilage and tastes great
Dice Beef: A portion costs 680 yuan but it is worth ordering. It is seasoned with super rich creamy garlic and the doneness is controlled to 100 points. You will want to close your eyes and feel the aroma of beef fat. (The last time I came here, I had the same seasoning as the wing steak. It is the most delicious steak I have ever eaten. This time I tried the dice beef part which was more sinewy, but it was still a very touching meat dish)
