A ramen shop that has garnered quite a bit of attention, specializing in refreshing citrus-based broth, with an option for chicken white broth as well.

To wait for a table, you first need to fill out a waiting list, then wait for the staff to call your number in order. Ordering is done via a machine, and once you complete your order, you receive a receipt which you hand to the staff. Afterwards, you wait outside for a seating notification. Although the process is somewhat cumbersome, it actually improves the overall dining order and avoids the awkward situation of pondering what to order only after being seated.

"Refreshing Citrus Clam Ramen"
You might think the citrus flavor would be overpowering, but it actually blends perfectly with the broth. Upon entering, you first experience the light fragrance of sake and the freshness of clams, followed by a refreshing note of citrus and lemon at the end. The layers of flavor are quite pleasing—neither too rich nor overwhelming, and each sip becomes smoother.

You can enhance the spice with chili oil or add a bit of yuzu pepper for an extra refreshing layer, keeping the experience full of variation and anticipation until the last bite.

The meat selection is very solid: the pork chashu is tender, melting in your mouth, with fat that isn’t greasy; the chicken chashu is light and delicate.

The shop also offers oil noodles (dry ramen) as an option, which I’d like to try next time.

Overall, this is a ramen shop well worth revisiting and very suitable for bringing friends to try something new.
