Come and eat at "Sihai Youlong"!
This time we are at the Chengde branch in Taipei.
This place has dining space.
Although there aren't many seats, the diners usually eat quite quickly. 😄
I called the restaurant to place an order about five minutes before arriving, so I could pick it up right away with little waiting time. 👍🏻

It's been a long time since I had Sihai Youlong.
I miss it a lot. 🤣
I used to eat here quite often when I was a child.

This time I ordered takeout: 10 signature potstickers + hot and sour soup.
The total cost was 7*10 + 35 = 105 NT dollars.

1. Signature Potstickers
   It’s the nostalgic taste I remember.
   Inside is cabbage and pork.
   The outer skin is a bit on the harder side.
   The skin is quite crispy, and the seasoning inside is pretty good too.

2. Hot and Sour Soup
   I feel the hot and sour soup isn’t very tangy,
   and it has a bit too much green onion.
   It seems a bit lacking in flavor (?)
   Maybe adding a little more black vinegar and pepper salt would make it more authentic for hot and sour soup. 🤣
   But I still think it’s a tasty soup.
   I ended up drinking the entire bowl!

Overall, I think Sihai Youlong is a well-known restaurant.
The food is quite decent,
and I think eating this in Taipei is reasonably priced.
