Today’s lunch at "Province-wide Fried Barramundi Soup" in Renwu, Kaohsiung. Just from the name, you can tell that they specialize in fried barramundi pieces~
I ordered the signature "Barramundi Noodle Soup" to share my thoughts with you!

First of all, the fried barramundi pieces are really delicious! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a slight juicy texture when you bite into them~
However, it’s a bit of a pity that the portion is small, with only three pieces cut in half, leaving me wanting more.
The soup is on the lighter side, and the overall seasoning is milder. In fact, the taste of the oil noodles steals the show, overshadowing the sweetness of the broth.

✨ If you just want to order the fried barramundi pieces, I think it’s definitely worth a return visit!
But if you want to fill up and enjoy the noodle soup, you might want to think it over a bit~

The fried items are truly impressive, the barramundi pieces are beautifully cooked and tasty!
But the broth is a bit ordinary; after finishing, I kind of miss just enjoying the simple deliciousness of the fried fish pieces~
