▶Truffle Wild Mushroom Risotto $290◀
It contains quinoa, shiitake mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms, and there is a generous amount of mushrooms. Interestingly, there are also carrots and broccoli, which balance the overall nutrition. The truffle flavor is rich, though it's a little unfortunate that there is no meat. However, the portion is quite large, making it very filling!
▶Aged Pork Curry with Dried Pork $240◀
It uses ground pork combined with curry, and the flavor of the dry curry is very intense, with a little bit of spices, but it’s not too salty. The ground pork includes both lean and fatty meat, enhancing the overall aroma, but those wary of fatty meat should be careful! Additionally, there is a soft-boiled egg that blends well with rice, and when enjoyed with the curry, it makes the dish even smoother!
▶Plain Ice Brick Cheesecake $90◀
The cookie base has a very authentic crumbly texture, making it crispy and not soggy from the cake above. The cheesecake is quite dense with a slightly semi-frozen texture, and there is a layer of lemon sauce in the middle. This combination is very unique and makes the cheesecake less cloying! On top, there is a layer of caramel, which is thicker than what you typically find elsewhere, making it super crispy and substantial!
▶French Crème Brûlée $80◀
The crème brûlée is quite impressive, with a texture different from what you usually find outside—it's more tender and smoother, resembling custard! The caramel on top is also thick, similar to the cheesecake.
▶Banana Milk $70◀
This is freshly made banana milk, with a very rich banana flavor and a natural sweetness that is not from fructose!
▶Chef's Soup of the Day $40◀
I happened to have pumpkin soup, which has a rich pumpkin flavor along with a hint of spice. Since it is very rich, one bowl is quite filling!
