Hello everyone, I am Xi Men Hao Nan, a street food guru from the lower class. Today, I came to Da Ding Pig Blood Soup located on Yanji Street, a place I used to visit often. After a year or two, I didn't expect the taste to change. The pig blood soup maintained the same quality and you can get more broth, but the braised pork rice was too dry, a failure. The portion of cabbage was too small, which could be adjusted. The fried tofu and braised egg were normal and not hard to eat. Unfortunately, there was no pickled cabbage available when I went, so there was no way to cut the greasiness.
