#Three Gorges
This small eatery is hidden on the second floor of the Sanxia Public Market. Usually, only locals know to come here to dine. Ah Xiang’s business is very good; sometimes by lunchtime, many dishes are sold out.

I highly recommend the stir-fried dishes. The fried rice and fried noodles are both excellent. The wok aroma of the fried rice is very fragrant. The rice grains are distinct, and the soy sauce flavor is strong. However, if too many people order stir-fried dishes, you'll have to wait a bit longer.

The wonton flat noodles are also good. The wontons aren’t the type with a large skin and just a little bit of meat; the ingredients are quite substantial. The broth is great—not too greasy and not too salty.

There are many types of cold dishes. I really love the three-layer pork; it’s not too fatty. It has a great texture, the meat is tender, and the skin is not greasy. Paired with savory oil paste and shredded ginger, it’s very delicious 👍.

Ah Xiang is a popular spot in the market. Takeout, delivery, and dine-in customers are constantly coming and going. The flavors of the meals are quite good. Sometimes with many customers, you might have to wait longer. Since it’s located in a market, the hygiene standards might be a bit lower 😅.
