【Foodholic乃子@台北】 #過年有營業 不過只有小年夜(1/27)那天營業而已,除夕休到初三(1/28-31)都休息喔! 先說結論:還是比較喜歡對街的麒麟拉麵 「木麒麟拉麵」位於中山站附近,距離2號出口走路約2分鐘,這條巷弄裡很多餐廳,對面就是我近期吃到最喜歡的台北拉麵店「麒麟創作拉麵坊」,這兩家店是同一個品牌 「木麒麟拉麵」主打使用備長炭所煙燻的湯頭,整家店的日式風情個人認為更甚「麒麟創作拉麵坊」,店內除了有一尊超大的孔雀擺飾外,還擺滿了日本繪畫(後來仔細一看發現其實是拼圖) 雖然和「麒麟創作拉麵坊」一樣也需要排隊,但可能因為新開幕,人氣還沒有這麼高,我們星期六下午5:30抵達,只排了15分鐘左右就入座了 ps 排隊方式一樣,先到點餐機結帳取得餐券後,再等候店員叫號 備長炭焙本枯本節鹽味$270 這個品名我只看得懂「備長炭」和「鹽味」,雖說是鹽味但個人認為並不會很鹹,湯頭喝第一口的感覺是帶有海鮮鮮甜味的昆布湯,喝起來相當清爽,整碗喝完也不會太過負擔 麵體是細麵,硬度選擇正常吃起來剛剛好,帶有Q勁 這碗拉麵中我最喜歡的是那兩片煙燻豬梅花,肉質超級軟嫩! 可以免費加麵一球和無調味的雞湯 整體而言,拉麵是好吃的,但因為配料挺少的,吃起來略顯單調無聊,個人覺得沒有當初吃「麒麟創作拉麵坊」那麼驚艷 或許下次點「特級」品項會比較豐富,也想試試看「麒麟乾拌混ぜSOBA」,今天剛好售完了可惜~

First time having shrimp ramen. A different tasting broth compared to the local prawn mee/hokkien mee. Love the option of deshelling your prawn. The chicken broth was nice as well. You can add on chili oil for extra flavor. Service was fast and even gave my son a small ballon when leaving. Price is expensive, especially for the drinks. A good place to come to if you want to try a different kind of ramen
