✨ Fried rice with shredded pork (soy sauce) NT$ 85
The fried rice has distinct grains, and the texture of the rice is just right, not too wet or too hard, and the portion is sufficient.

The key to judging whether the fried rice has soul is whether the aroma of the eggs is cooked out. This restaurant has it, it’s great! There are also onions, which add to the overall crispy and sweet taste. I chose the soy sauce flavor, and I can taste the faint aroma of soy sauce.

✨ Pork liver soup NT$ 50
The portion of pork liver is six pieces, which is quite a lot. The pork liver tastes soft and tender, with a little crispness, not old, amazing, and the cooking is very good! Served with shredded ginger, the soup is very fresh and sweet. Very recommended!

💡In addition to fried rice, the store also has other quick-fried dishes to choose from, such as: fried noodles, fried vegetables, fried beef with green onions, risotto, etc.
