When all the shops close and you can't find anything to eat, we casually found a barbecue place with decent Google reviews and decided to go in.
They have a Chinese menu, and the staff were quite friendly. They seriously introduced the dishes. The variety of food was impressive, as there were many Korean dishes available in addition to barbecue, such as seafood pancakes, Korean tofu stew, and bibimbap. Since it was really cold, we even decided to order those! 🤣
The taste of Korean cuisine was quite similar to what you might find in Taiwan. It wasn’t bad at all, just a familiar and predictable flavor. For the barbecue, the beef tongue and beef were acceptable; they weren't too tough or overly seasoned.
In the middle, there was a seasoned dish that seemed to be some kind of offal. We were very nervous when grilling it, but after trying it, we thought it was somewhat like grilled pig liver. We’re all quite adventurous eaters when it comes to pig liver, so we enjoyed it.
The operating hours are quite long, so no matter how late you shop, you can still come here to eat. The prices are also quite reasonable. If you accidentally stay out too late and can’t find anything else to eat, you can still come here.
