When it rains, I don’t like to go far away for lunch. After much deliberation, I decided to go to a vegetarian restaurant near the company. This restaurant has been open for many years. It was started by my first-generation mother and now my second-generation daughter has taken over it. Due to rising prices, , also watched it increase in price. (When will your wallet also increase?)
I loved going there for a while, especially the signature bento with five dishes, which I thought was a good deal. I went almost two or three times a week. Later, I found the dishes too oily, so I rarely ate there. I will share the signature bento with everyone when I have the opportunity.
Because the weather was a bit cold, I wanted to drink some hot soup, so I ordered braised noodles. Tomato is added to the soup of braised noodles, and you can see tomato chunks, but the tomato flavor is not strong and it is a little spicy (note: it is not spicy. It was too fixed, and it was super spicy once I ate it), the noodles were oily, and I thought they were a bit badly cooked. The ingredients included cabbage, white radish, bean buns, and some other vegetarian ingredients that I didn’t know about. The whole bowl tasted a bit heavy, and It's a bit oily, but it's delicious and the portion size is OK.
The dining environment is relatively clean (it was renovated after the second generation took over), and plates need to be recycled for internal use.
In fact, I like the food in this restaurant, but it is a bit too oily. If there is less oil, I will visit it more often!
