拉麵公子的濃厚煮干足以讓人一直難忘但前提真的是要可以吃到重口味 吃清淡的人一定不愛這碗 連我愛重口的人第一次吃都會覺得滿鹹 但一次之後,就令人印象深刻 很想再去吃第二次 另外他的拌麵也非常之香 添加了雞油應該 , 每一口都齒頰留

目前台北最頂的雞白湯整體品項不多,但都很好吃。 另一個煮干湯頭濃郁, 每一口都喝得到海鮮的回甘 可以趁沒有特殊口味的時候來訪, 省去很多不必要的排隊時間。 店外有機車停車格,但幾乎都是滿的, 汽機車較不好停放,需再另外尋找位置

拉麵公子應該是大台北地區爭議最多的拉麵店之一,但風味確實無與倫比。店長尤其不跟大台北地區的任何一家連鎖拉麵有師徒關係,完全是自成一派。 每隔一定時間就會推出各種奇思妙想的限定產品,不一定每個都是天上美味,但絕對創意十足。 今天享用的是期間限定的濃厚海膽雞白湯淫賊拉麵跟鹽味雞湯溏心蛋拉麵,加點限定飯跟大球的硬麵,合計1200元左右。 濃厚海膽雞白湯螢賊拉麵,雞白湯中濃厚的海膽風味,喝起來讓人感到無比的濃郁,海膽的鮮甜跟雞白湯融合的相當完美,上面鋪了叉燒、干貝跟魚卵,干貝是生食級的2L!平常的生食級干貝不過S或者是更小的3S,這是2L!真的是無與倫比的極上享受。 鹽味雞湯溏心蛋拉麵,鹽味清湯的雞湯湯頭,喝起來順口又舒服,簡單又細膩。 雞叉燒跟豬叉燒風味濃厚,但又非常細嫩。 不管在味覺還是嚼感上都是享受。 我給自己做了個實驗,因為加麵可以選擇硬度,我選擇了只適合濃厚煮干拉麵的最硬麵做嘗試,確實非常硬,也確實吃起來較軟的麵體更適合清湯,完全理解店家的建議。 有些店家麵體的軟硬度僅供參考,而拉麵公子完全沒有這種問題。 淫賊飯價格真的高,但因為當天只剩下最後一碗,在限定的魔力下,依然是狠下心點了。 滋味完全不讓人失望,螢光烏賊放射狀在飯上排成一圈,中間是新鮮美味的鮭魚卵,只要材料夠好,就算簡單調味也會無比美味,而我切實體驗到了這一點。 就算是不吃限定,店家的常備品項也依然高水準,絕對是推薦多次前往的店家之一。 推薦給大家!

First time having shrimp ramen. A different tasting broth compared to the local prawn mee/hokkien mee. Love the option of deshelling your prawn. The chicken broth was nice as well. You can add on chili oil for extra flavor. Service was fast and even gave my son a small ballon when leaving. Price is expensive, especially for the drinks. A good place to come to if you want to try a different kind of ramen
