The ramen shop "Ramen Gongzi" has a theme song created by someone who loves it very much.
I ordered the rich chicken white broth ramen. Considering that it costs over 300 New Taiwan Dollars, the portion of noodles is not large, and there is relatively little meat, making it somewhat expensive. However, both the soup and the slices of meat are quite tasty. Unlike Japanese ramen, which is often overly salty, this chicken white broth is rich and smooth enough to drink the whole bowl.
This is also highlighted by the table water, which is cold water but without ice, unlike Japanese ramen shops that insist on adding ice even in cold weather.
I also ordered an Asahi apple soda that is rich and flavorful, and this drink comes with ice. It tastes very refreshing, perfect for a relaxing moment after finishing the ramen.
The dining environment is comfortable, with air conditioning and light background music creating a relaxed atmosphere. During lunch hours on weekdays, it is not usually full, making for a stress-free dining experience.
