Their beef noodles are divided into three series (Sichuan, Lan, and Steak) 🥩I have tried some items from all three series so far. My favorites are the Beef Short Rib Beef Noodles and the Braised Tomato Beef Noodles. I also recommend their Jin Pancakes, which are delicious in themselves. It's quite delicious, even more delicious if paired with shredded pork.
Today I had stewed tomato beef noodles. If I like the texture, I always choose thick noodles. This one is made from beef tendon hearts. Each piece is as big as my daughter’s hand. There are 4 pieces in total. The ingredients are very solid. I think their soup is quite delicious, but the meat and noodles are relatively ordinary. The beef tendon heart today is not very soft, and the thick noodles are not as elastic as the old store’s handmade noodle. Moreover, the price is not cheap, so it is not my first choice. List 🧾
