As it is a popular restaurant, I arrived at 11:00 for the 11:30 opening and was the first one there! The ticket machine is outside, and I was able to choose my soup and noodle firmness, as well as toppings. I waited on a bench behind the restaurant, but it was too hot, so I think it's better not to arrive too early 💦

There was no Japanese menu, so I had to guess and make my choices based on the kanji.

I wondered if it was Japanese ramen just by the name of the restaurant, but there were many unusual ramen options, like the porcini tonkotsu that I ordered!

The ramen wasn't too salty and had a rich flavor! I didn't add extra toppings, but it was already packed with ingredients like chashu, chicken, and clams, so I enjoyed it enough without additional toppings 🍜
It really was worth spending nearly 300 yuan, haha.

The restaurant wasn't very spacious, and they were playing Japanese music at a high volume, which was a bit noisy, but I was very satisfied with the taste!

At 11 o'clock on a weekday, there was still no one in line.
I ordered the noodles to be normal firmness, but they were quite firm!
There are fewer chairs in the store.
I like this style!

久仰大名終於來吃了, 11點來拿號碼牌, 11:30可以準時進場!這次點了牛肝菌豚骨醬油拉麵,鹹度選擇的是普通(後悔了,應該要選日本口味的)! 因為我是日式醬油拉麵愛好者,所以稍微有一個預想期待吃到的味道,結果這一次吃的麒麟的牛肝菌豚骨醬油拉麵,跟想像的完全不同,並不是清爽類型的,算是蠻濃的豚骨味,豚骨蠻壓制醬油的感覺,而且不知道為什麼普通醬油鹹的口味竟然有一點台味⋯🥹 不難吃但我期待過高了⋯ 同行的朋友有試吃我的一口,也覺得誒怎麼這樣普普的,但是我喝了跟我點一樣品項但是選日本鹹的湯,就好很多⋯! 後來有吃朋友點的特級白松露雞魚貝拉麵,這個就真的非常好吃了,香氣十足,沒有吃過類似味道的拉麵!但可惜不是我點的qq 這次點的挺讓我失望的,但有可能是我點錯品項點錯吃法,之後應該還是會再來試試看,畢竟朋友的白松露很好吃⋯⋯

「麒麟創作拉麵坊」這家位於 #中山區 的新拉麵店,最近一直透過網路及美食部落客進入我的視野,尤其是擁有整顆生食級干貝的白松露拉麵,視覺上總是頗為震撼,於是決定實際在探訪這家很多人激推的創作拉麵店。 先說結論: 👉 可以先店外點餐拿號碼牌排隊的機制設計很不錯 👉 醬油拉麵不好吃,有點像台式筍乾拉麵的味道 👉 白松露雞魚貝拉麵很推!湯頭鮮甜無比 用餐免排隊撇步: 建議於開店前半小時到場直接先螢幕點餐喔~點餐號碼就是排隊號碼,半小時前來點的話就可以搶在開店第一批入場! (中午 11:30 開建議 11:00 前來;晚上 4:30 開建議 4:00 前來) —— 這家拉麵店的用餐體驗還不錯。先點餐再看叫號的系統設計得很好,讓我可以在等餐的時候去晃晃,不用在現場乾等,這次我提早半小時到店,很幸運成為第一輪入場的客人。 店內的招財貓裝飾滿可愛的,為用餐氛圍增添了不少趣味。我點了他們的招牌「特級 • 白松露雞魚貝拉麵」。一端上桌,白松露的香氣就撲鼻而來,乳白色的湯面上漂浮著調味的油花跟一整顆炙燒大干貝,喝下第一口湯,鮮甜的魚貝味立刻在口中綻放開來,隨後是濃郁的雞湯尾韻,清新而不膩口,讓整體湯頭更有深度,很喜歡! 麵條我選擇了正常硬度的細麵,細麵條可以讓濃郁的湯頭更大範圍的浸滿整個麵條,每一口吃起來都可以嚐到湯頭,口味絕不單調。吃完後可以免費加一球麵,但我這次沒有加。 配料的話,最讓我印象深刻的就是炙燒生食級干貝,上面還佐有魚子醬。炙燒的香氣和干貝的鮮甜,一吃就能感受到濃濃的鮮甜海味。 豬肉叉燒的片厚而嫩,帶有淡淡的煙燻炙燒味,增添了層次感;舒肥雞肉雖然味道不特別,但口感也不錯,鮮嫩的雞胸吃起來完全不會乾柴。湯中還有不少海瓜子肉和火腿細末,讓整碗拉麵的配料相當豐富!那顆溏心蛋的熟度也恰到好處,蛋黃那近乎膏狀的口感超級好吃~ 拉麵總體評價: 這碗白松露雞魚貝拉麵在風味和配料上都非常出色,顯示了店家的用心。每一口都令人滿足。我朋友點了招牌醬油拉麵,就覺得吃起來沒那麼驚艷,醬油層次感不多,尤其湯頭跟白松露完全不能比呀! 推薦來麒麟創作拉麵坊嚐鮮的人,一定要點他們家的「特級 • 白松露雞魚貝拉麵」

這家在口袋名單許久,上次經過人實在多多。今天特地約了 11:00 就到店門報到,他採用的是點餐排隊的方式,先點先贏。我們 11:00 到算是第一組客人,直接拿到 1 號!店後方有休息區,不過沒遮陽⋯大部分人都還是在其他店門口下面等。 大約 11:25 就會開始叫號,店裡空間蠻大的,我們坐三張桌子,還蠻舒適的。 麵上的速度蠻快的,詳細的介紹就放在照片啦。整體來說整碗麵有在水準之上,非常推薦拉麵人一定要來吃吃看! Ps 朋友點了白松露雞魚貝拉麵,他的湯屬於鮮甜爽口型,非常好喝!也很推!
