Must eat chicken rice when visiting Chiayi

Ordered for this meal:

1. Turkey rice (large)
   The turkey meat is not particularly tender, but it's not too tender either. It's enough to go with the rice. The sauce underneath should be chicken fat mixed with marinade. The chicken tastes very fragrant, salty and sweet, and it's also sprinkled with fried oil. Crispy green onions, paired with greasy pickled radish, quite delicious

2.Turkey fillet rice
It should be the meat cut off from the chicken legs. It is very tender. Apart from the meat, it is exactly the same as the turkey rice. It is a pity that there is less fried onion.

3. Oyster soup
   The oysters are big and fresh, and there are a lot of them. The CP value is incredible, but the soup is relatively tasteless. It is recommended to add the pepper on the table to enhance the flavor.

4. Poached eggs
   The freshly fried half-boiled eggs are perfectly cooked. When they are popped into the turkey rice, the egg yolk covers the rice. The taste and aroma are further enhanced. I think half-boiled eggs are a must-have when eating turkey rice!
