Vegetarian restaurant on the 2F of Shin Kong San Nan West Building 1
There are a lot of people waiting for tables during holidays. It is recommended to make reservations in advance or go as soon as the doors open.
The unit price is on the high side but the portions are actually quite large, making it suitable for sharing.
Even my parents who have never eaten vegetarian food fell in love with it after eating it once ♡♡

After you take your seat, the clerk will provide you with a paper menu with pictures.
After deciding, scan the QR code on the table to order~

๑ Thousand-layer Eggplant $395 It was the first time I ate eggplant and it felt like lasagna✨
Eggplant tastes soft and mushy
It goes well with the sour red sauce.ᐟ It can also be eaten with sourdough bread๑ Green Giant Buddha Bowl $395, which contains black rice, white cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and arugula leaves.

大家好,我是小青蛙🐸Miacucina是一家蔬食料理餐廳,今天朋友約來吃吃看南西店,就在中山站的新光三越二樓,大眾運輸交通非常方便,捷運中山站2號出口,出站就到了。 蔬食的部分可以客製蛋奶素或是全素。 低消一份餐點/一杯飲料,用餐時間限時90分鐘。 ⭐️藍奶酪水波蛋培根麵 $435 水波蛋是冷的,切開後,蛋黃有點熟,沒有很流心… 奶油麵很濃郁,還有灑上藍奶酪起司,整體吃起來非常奶,素培根吃起來很像菇類,還有菠菜跟核桃。 ⭐️蕃茄肉醬野菇燉飯 $425 整體蕃茄味很濃郁,碎蕃茄跟碎洋蔥,配上烤香菇,奶油味的燉飯米芯軟硬度適中。 ⭐️黑松露奶油蘑菇麵 $455 也是奶油香味很濃郁的蘑菇麵,搭上黑松露,超級香,比起單純的奶油味,這道義大利麵加了松露,整體味道更有記憶點,喜歡松露味的人可以點,蘑菇份量也給的很多。 ⭐️甘納許莓果薄餅 $445 薄餅的餅皮很脆,少許草莓及藍莓,灑上杏仁片,再淋上巧克力醬,就是甜口味的薄餅。 巧克力醬淋得蠻多的,雖然有草莓跟藍莓這樣微酸的水果搭配,整體吃起來還是會覺得稍甜一些。 ⭐️Mia最愛的草莓胡桃沙拉 $350 這是朋友點的水果沙拉,這道就沒有分食了,她是說好吃,裡面有多樣水果跟胡桃,份量足夠。 ‼️結論: 餐點單價不低,內用會酌收10%服務費喔! 也許是平常飲食習慣比較偏清淡一點⋯ 這家大概是我吃過蔬食餐廳中,蠻重口味的蔬食了,餐點份量都蠻多的⋯晚餐這幾道菜吃下來,是覺得餐點很奶很膩口,整體吃下來…蠻有負擔感的,還是會喜歡調味清爽一點的蔬食……個人回訪意願較低。

#台北 #中山站 #南西商圈 晚餐本來抽了鼎泰豐的號碼牌,但是85分鐘起跳,實在不想等那麼久,就跑來位於2樓的這家餐廳。 因為之前有在信義區吃過分店,印象還不錯,而且不用排隊等候才選擇用餐的。 不過這次吃完覺得印象沒有分店那麼好,原本是想給4顆星了,麵沒有味道的部分減1顆星。且整體來說還是偏貴的價格,雖然份量真的蠻多的,但是以蔬食沒有肉類的菜色來說,價位還是稍嫌太高,故再扣一顆星。 而且在這個區域來說,差不多的價位,我可能會選擇其他餐廳,比方說鼎泰豐之類的用餐。

Miacucina應該是一間吃素的人都有聽過的蔬食餐廳,它厲害的是連平常不吃素的人都會大力推薦,在台北有很多家分店,我們今天吃的是位於中山站新光三越台北南西店一館2樓的分店 他們家的菜單選項非常多元,有沙拉、義大利麵、披薩、漢堡、佛陀碗,以及各種前菜和甜點,很適合多人聚餐 三杯佛陀碗$395 最底下是紫米飯,上面鋪滿玉米、小黃瓜、香菇、豆腐、南瓜、紅蘿蔔絲等食材,三杯口味蠻突出卻不突兀,吃起來很清爽健康,是一款很適合夏天吃的料理 黑松露奶油蘑菇麵$455 這道義大利麵是我今天的MVP,黑松露奶油醬汁非常濃郁,緊緊地巴在每一根麵條上,搭配蘑菇一起吃進去,真的好滿足啊!喜歡白醬的人鐵定會喜歡這道! 藍乳酪水波蛋培根麵$435 建議吃這道時一定要先把水波蛋弄破,把蛋黃和義大利麵拌在一起吃,口感整個升級~(不過蛋白好像有點太熟了)藍乳酪的味道蠻明顯的,這一道也好吃 起司肉醬洋蔥圈薄餅$445 友人吃到這一道時驚呼「哇好像真的肉醬喔」,我個人覺得是個經典好吃的披薩口味,上面撒上一些炸得酥脆的洋蔥圈蠻加分的! 巧克力香蕉鬆餅$320 這個巧克力鬆餅真的超巧克力~~不僅上面撒了巧克力碎片,旁邊附上超大球的巧克力冰淇淋,居然還有巧克力醬讓你可以再淋上去,非常罪惡,不過配上烤得鬆軟的鬆餅,正好適合週五晚上! 粘粘胡桃肉桂捲$165 這個肉桂捲的肉桂味非常重,一送上桌就可以聞到,我自己雖不是肉桂捲粉絲,還是可以想見熱愛肉桂捲的人會很喜歡,而且這麵包有一部分烤得很酥脆、超級香;它超級大一顆,我們五個人分食都還是覺得超大 整體而言,雖然每樣單價看起來都不便宜,但份量其實都滿大的,而且可說幾乎不會踩雷,我個人蠻推薦大家來吃吃看,會對蔬食有不同的看法~ ps 因為他們家每道料理的口味都算是蠻重的,且因為份量不小,個人建議比起大家各點各的,更適合點很多不同品項來分食,比較不會吃膩,也可以嚐到更多餐點喔!
