As soon as it arrives at the table, you can smell a faint fragrance of angelica. The soup is smooth and not greasy; even towards the end, it doesn't feel too heavy. There is a good amount of lamb slices, which are very tender and have no gamey taste!

• For lamb soup, I think the price is reasonable and not particularly expensive.

🔸 Braised Pork Rice (Large) $40

• The braised pork has a nice mix of fatty and lean meat, not the kind that is overwhelmingly fatty. The braising sauce is not overly salty, with a hint of sweetness, making it perfect over white rice. It doesn’t get greasy towards the end, but my only complaint is that I feel there is a bit too much sauce; a little less might enhance the texture with the rice.

🔹 Fried Stinky Tofu $60

• I was initially hesitant about ordering this, but after seeing many tables order it, I decided to give it a try. The outer skin is fried to a golden crisp, while the inside remains soft and tender, not dried out. Paired with pickled vegetables, it is quite refreshing, with the flavor just right and not overpowering, actually making it quite appetizing.

🔸 Angelica and Lamb Slices with Vermicelli $100

• The soup base is the same; this bowl simply has added vermicelli. It looks quite standard and doesn’t have anything particularly impressive. The vermicelli doesn't soak up the broth well, so it feels a bit lacking in flavor when eaten with the vermicelli!
