The appearance of the shaved ice is mouthwatering, with a rich caramel flavor that is not overly sweet, complemented by the abundant texture of nuts, making every bite a surprise.
The interior decor is nostalgic, and the arrangement creates a warm atmosphere, as if returning to the past, which makes people feel very comfortable.
The staff are friendly and attentive, the service attitude is excellent, and they surprised us with a small drink, making us feel very warm.
On a hot day, nothing cools you off better than a bowl of shaved ice! I had heard about this place years ago, but only recently did I finally visit. It's tucked away in an alley in front of Yilan Station, unassuming yet full of charm.
On the day I visited, the place was bustling with customers, and I sat down at a corner table. The staff kindly handed me the menu and gave a detailed introduction. The decor inside is nostalgic, with various decorations creating a warm atmosphere that feels like stepping back in time. Here, you pay first before receiving your meal. I ordered a serving of Japanese Miyako Island salted caramel nut ice.
When the shaved ice arrived at the table, just the appearance made my mouth water! The flavor of the caramel was incredibly rich, but it wasn't overly sweet at all. Paired with the rich texture of the nuts, every bite was a surprise. I highly recommend this dessert!
During the meal, the staff suddenly brought me a cup of iced barley tea, which surprised and delighted me, making me feel warm. Their service attitude and the cleanliness of the place were top-notch, making this shaved ice experience even more perfect. Next time you're at Yilan Station, consider stepping into this nostalgic little alley to explore this delightful shaved ice shop—it will definitely make your hot summer days much more enjoyable!
