This time, I ordered the mixed noodles (60 TWD) and stinky tofu (40 TWD), and overall, the performance was quite good.

The oysters were really fresh, large, and plump, not the shriveled little ones you often get. The intestines were also in big chunks, not just thin scraps to fill the bowl; they had a nice chewiness and were well-marinated with no strange fishy taste. Finishing the whole bowl left me feeling very satisfied, and adding some chili made it an even better match.

The stinky tofu was also quite good, fried to a perfect crisp, with a thin and crunchy exterior while maintaining a soft texture inside. Paired with pickled Taiwanese-style kimchi, the layers of flavor were quite rich.

The overall performance of this place is stable, especially the generous amount of ingredients in the noodles, which is impressive. Plus, their long operating hours make it a convenient choice for those feeling hungry in the middle of the night.
