Thick, really thick
Normally I am not used to eating thick soup for ramen. This time I ordered extremely thick tonkotsu and felt that my blood vessels were going to be blocked... Let’s start with the decoration. The bean sprouts and scallions are very fragrant. It feels like they have been processed first before being put into the noodles. Unlike In some stores, they have been blanched and left indiscriminately; the noodles have a moderate hardness and can be considered chewy; the soup is really thick, so thick that the garlic flavor can be covered up.
I think the meat is a bit lacking. I usually eat one or two pieces of meat first before eating the noodles, and save the rest of the meat for the end. Generally speaking, I feel spiritually satisfied, but this time I only got one piece of meat, which was a bit... Disappointed🥺
Next time I want to try some chicken shell salt ramen and barbecued pork rice. The soup should be more suitable for normal tastes and it will feel great!
