Showcase display, no need to pick bread yourself - a clean and reassuring bakery 🥐🥯
This bakery opened in 2021 after the pandemic began. The brand's style and decor are very consistent, with an orange-red color scheme that creates a warm atmosphere.
I remember learning about this shop because the owner, Chen Yaoxun, was trained by a master baker. Although it mainly features European-style bread, their Taiwanese pastries, such as the egg yolk pastry, are also quite famous.
Additionally, there was a limited-time offering of pork floss bread, which was the best I've ever had!

Items ordered this time:
🌭 Smoked Sausage Sandwich ($38):
The bread has a crunchy outer layer with a bit of cheese. The smoked sausage inside is flavorful, and you can tell it's made with quality ingredients.
🥞 Butter Bread ($30):
It's quite dense and has a wonderful flavor. This is a simple yet delicious bread.
🍋 Lemon Cake ($140):
I really like the texture of this lemon cake; it's similar to pound cake, covered with a not-too-sweet lemon icing.
