📍 Seaweed Fresh Oyster Tofu Pot NT$338
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘
There are 3 to 4 fresh oysters, some large and some small. Comes with a soft-boiled egg, enoki mushrooms, tender tofu, and kelp. The flavor of the fresh oysters blends into the soup, making it very fresh and sweet, and the tofu is soft and tender. Drinking the hot soup feels really comforting.
📍 Fish Roe Seaweed Iron Rice Bowl +NT$69 upgrade
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
The upgraded fish roe rice bowl has more fish roe and seaweed than the original rice, giving it a nice layered texture with the crunchiness of the seaweed and the fish.
📍 Seaweed Clam Tender Tofu Pot (Beef Shank) NT$358
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
They serve a good amount of beef shank, but the pieces are relatively small, including lean meat and tendons. The 3 to 4 clams add a fresh and sweet flavor to the broth. This dish doesn’t come with a soft-boiled egg. It also includes enoki mushrooms, tender tofu, and kelp. Overall, it's not too oily, and if you want to taste the seafood and meat, I highly recommend this dish!

🔹 The most attractive feature of this restaurant is the free side dishes; I had as many as 6 to 7 (compared to smaller places where I only got 4 to 5). Overall, it’s quite good! This chain is often seen in department store food courts, and the quality of the dishes remains very high! Eating a tofu pot in the cold winter to warm up your body is the best enjoyment!
