In the Xinyi planning district, the most famous spot is probably Ichiran Ramen, but there is also a pretty good ramen shop not far away for everyone to consider.
First, let's talk about the most important thing: the broth in this shop is made from shrimp, so if you are allergic to shrimp or dislike shrimp flavor, it is not recommended to go here.
This time I ordered the pork bone miso flavor. There was only one slice of chashu, but it was cooked very tenderly, to the point that I couldn't lift it separately for a photo. However, it really melts in your mouth!
For the noodles, I chose the thin noodles, which had a standard texture without any surprises.
The broth is truly rich! It is filled with shrimp flavor combined with a strong pork bone taste, so I advise you to be mentally prepared before you come. You can also ask the server for a bowl of plain broth just in case!
Personally, I really love that they offer options to add green onions and crunchy noodles, especially since both are free. The crunchy noodles, when paired with the rich broth, provide a different flavor experience.
One more thing is that their dining queue area is actually inside the department store, so don’t go to the wrong place and wait foolishly!
