I’ve always liked eating wontons, whether they are small with less filling or large and packed with filling.
“Ah Gui Auntie Wonton Soup” is located inside Fengjia Night Market. The shop isn’t very big, but there are some seats for dining in, so you don’t have to worry about not having a place to eat!
Large Shrimp Wonton Soup (small bowl) $65
There are only three wontons inside, but because they are large wontons with a lot of filling, the wontons are quite big, and the shrimp is also large. So for girls with a smaller appetite, this might be filling enough. The soup itself tastes pretty average, but the seasoning in the wontons is sufficient.
Spicy and Sour Large Shrimp Stir-Fried Wontons $115
I remember there are a total of 6 wontons. The wontons used are the same as in the wonton soup, but they are served dry. Personally, I found it quite spicy, with a strong flavor that makes you want to drink water or a beverage with it, but the seasoning is to my taste, and it’s delicious! If I had to choose only one between the soup and the dry version, I would choose the dry one~
