This breakfast shop has always been my favorite. I really love eating batter egg pancakes, but in Taipei, I had never found one that I truly loved until I discovered this place. There used to be another branch in Liuzhangli, which was a bit closer to my home, but it closed down for some unknown reason.
🌟 Cheese Corn Egg Pancake
The egg pancake is fried until very crispy. When you take a bite, the pancake's batter combines beautifully with the sweetness of the cheese and corn. It's incredibly delicious. You can add chili and pickled vegetables, and the pickled vegetables are the perfect finishing touch, making it super tasty😋 and enhancing the texture. I highly recommend it.
🌟 Sausage Egg Pancake
The sausage has a rich wine flavor, which is quite unique. Coupled with the incredibly tasty egg pancake skin, it never feels out of place. Each bite is filled with texture, and it's sure to make anyone who loves egg pancakes fall in love.
🌟 Side Dishes - Sweet Potato Balls and Tempura
The tempura feels very much like sweet crispy chicken but in a sweet form. It's fried to a perfect crunch and is the crispy type, not the soft and mushy kind, which I prefer. The sweet potato balls come in two flavors and are also very delicious. I recommend them to anyone looking to order a set meal.
Since this restaurant received a Michelin recommendation last year, there have been tons of foreign customers coming in. It's quite strange to hear so many people speaking English, but it's really nice to see more people getting to know this delicious restaurant. Although now there’s a line to get in, which makes me cry🥲.
