店内には富士焙煎機が2台あり、焙煎方法は生豆を富士山の水で洗い、水蒸気を利用して芯まで熱を浸透させて焙煎する方式です。
店員さんもとても親切で、ホットを注文すると、折り紙のフィルターカップを使って提供してくれます。赤ワイングラスで冷やして〜
