The flavors of the soup dumplings with crab meat and shrimp are moderate, while the hand-made scallion pancakes have a strong onion taste. The "Heart Too Soft" silver ear mushroom soup paired with red dates and glutinous rice cake is interesting.
The restaurant environment is crowded and not clean enough, with closely arranged tables and chairs, affecting the comfort of dining.
The use of mobile phones to scan QR codes for online ordering has acceptable service efficiency, but the hygiene of the environment needs improvement.

Soup Dumplings $90
Regular soup dumplings.
Handheld Egg Pancake $35
Very thick with a lot of scallions, feels like there’s a piece of scallion omelet inside; can be ordered if you like scallions.
Soft Heart $80
A soup with tremella (silver ear fungus) paired with red dates, with a chewy type of mochi in the middle of the red date—quite interesting, worth trying.
Loofa and Shrimp Soup Dumplings $150
Taste as imagined, not bad but wouldn't go out of my way to eat it.
The food is average, but the environment is really terrible, which prevents me from focusing on the meal itself. First, the arrangement of tables and chairs in the store is very cramped, too close to the adjacent table, making dining uncomfortable when customers pass by closely to take their seats. The dining experience is poor.
Second, the hygiene is terrible, with unwashed food residues on tableware and steamers ಠ_ಠ. The side dishes were all piled together (food directly touching the bottom of another plate), which was very unappetizing; it doesn’t matter how good the food is.
I saw several short videos claiming this place is a budget version of Din Tai Fung, but personally, I think it's completely incomparable; I’d rather have fewer meals and go directly to Din Tai Fung.
Dinner around 8 PM on the weekend, the seats were about 60% full. It seemed that most customers were office workers from the nearby area.
Loofah and shrimp soup dumplings $145
The skin thickness is medium, no broth inside. The steamed dumplings were sticking together really badly, almost all of them stuck together in the basket. When I tried to pick one up, the skin just came off, which is quite disappointing. The filling was heavy on chives, while the loofah flavor was weak. If you don’t like chives, be cautious when ordering. The shrimp flavor was strong, but it was almost just minced shrimp, which is a bit of a letdown.
Soup dumplings $90
The skin is thin and not sticky. The filling has a greasy texture, but it goes well with the dipping sauce. There is broth inside.
I’d recommend the soup dumplings over the shrimp soup dumplings. The shrimp dumplings were average. There is also a soup dumpling shop that opens in the morning, which you would visit only if you really wanted soup dumplings in the morning.
There are plenty of seats in the store, and there is a restroom. The air conditioning isn’t very cool.
