I have visited Changshengxiaoren Xinhai store many times.
But the reason why I keep visiting is not because of how delicious it is, but because of its affordable price and insistence on staying open until 12 o'clock in the night. If you are too lazy to drive out during midnight snack time, Changshengxiaoren, which can be reached on foot near home, is a good choice for me.

Let me summarize first. I think this ramen restaurant has a certain level of sophistication, and you can find it in Taipei for 200 yuan. There are not many ramen restaurants that open so late in this remote area, so I still give it a try. Four stars. But as far as the taste is concerned, I think it's just average. I have other better ramen restaurants in my mind. I'll write a review if I visit in the future.

The two of them ordered two bowls of ramen:

-Soy Sauce Ramen+Double Meat $180+40
The soup is clear and has a strong soy sauce flavor. It tastes good but is a bit salty. I personally think it is just average.

-Miso Ramen + Double Meat $180+40
Although the soup is said to be miso, why do I think it tastes more like tonkotsu? It felt thicker and tasted better than soy sauce, but the soup was also a bit salty and I didn't finish it in the end.

The noodles are all hard Haoyi straight thin noodles. I personally like the texture of harder noodles, so I ate them all. The barbecued pork is seared with a spray gun and has a charred aroma. The meat is soft but not rotten. Both kinds of meat are delicious. I must double the meat! The advantage of the soup is that it is not greasy, but it is too salty to finish. Those with heavy tastes should be able to enjoy it.

As an aside, there is a long queue outside this restaurant every meal time. Later I found out that they only let a group of people in after all the customers have finished eating and left. I’m not sure whether this process is for convenience or for hunger marketing? I did notice this store because of the queues of people outside the door every time.
In short, a quick aside, there are about 10 seats in the store. If there is a queue outside and you can queue within 10 people, if you have more than 10 people and you have to wait for the next round, I suggest you eat somewhere else. There must be a better choice. .
