Loofah and shrimp soup dumplings $145
The skin thickness is medium, no broth inside. The steamed dumplings were sticking together really badly, almost all of them stuck together in the basket. When I tried to pick one up, the skin just came off, which is quite disappointing. The filling was heavy on chives, while the loofah flavor was weak. If you don’t like chives, be cautious when ordering. The shrimp flavor was strong, but it was almost just minced shrimp, which is a bit of a letdown. -
Soup dumplings $90
The skin is thin and not sticky. The filling has a greasy texture, but it goes well with the dipping sauce. There is broth inside.
I’d recommend the soup dumplings over the shrimp soup dumplings. The shrimp dumplings were average. There is also a soup dumpling shop that opens in the morning, which you would visit only if you really wanted soup dumplings in the morning.
There are plenty of seats in the store, and there is a restroom. The air conditioning isn’t very cool.
